Refund policy?

I've heard stardock offers full refunds on products that customers aren't happy with

Given that frogboy's only way of dealing with unhappy customers is to ban their forum access, im looking to refund all of my stardock products as if someones only way to deal with an unhappy customer is to tell them off, my purchases are not safe within impulse or the likes

Plus the fact impulse doesnt function correctly on my laptop and every attempt at fixing it or getting help has failed(and unable to get Entrenchment to work on it as a result)...


Who would i contact reguarding this
