Can't run Demigod

I am not very PC savy, but I'm sure everyone else is. When I try to open DG I get a box that pops up stating "Unable to create direct 3D, please make sure your video drivers are updated. I tried to update my laptop through Hp, and they told me all updates were good. This is what I have for a laptop:

intel(R) Core 2 Duo CPU, T7300@ 2.00 GHz, 2.00 Ghz, 2.49 GB of RAM

Is this enough? My laptop is maybe only 1.5 yrs old. I know I have a 3D card and I think it's good.

Any suggestions?????

Can you post your video card information?

Have you played any 3D games before on this machine?

You can get your graphic card info via:

Start > Control Panel > Classic View > System > Device Manager > Display Adaptor
