Is the Fences Pro version of this product out yet? And if so, where can I get it?

I came across this program in my Worldstart newsletter. I recommended it to a friend and she's telling me things about it that aren't available in my program. She said there were two options when she went to download and she chose the second. I came back to the site and I sure couldn't find any more than the one download.

Not a very critical question but I'd appreciate information if anyone has it.
