Error with TEC Akkan Colonize

Hi guys,

This is my first post but didn't see where anyone else posted this.  I just downloaded the Sins Entrenchment patch and went to play tonight.  I noticed that the TEC Akkan Battlecruiser had a problem with the Colonize ability.  It colonized the planet just fine, but didn't give the free extractors I expected.  Actually, it grayed out the free extractor so I couldn't buy it or attack it.  It became unusable.  I then gained the capital ship a level, applied it to the Colonize ability and then it grayed out two extractors on each planet that I colonized.  I thought perhaps it would free up once the 360 seconds had expired, but that didn't happen either.  I turned up the game speed to maximum, sat there and waited for a couple minutes and it never did ungray.

Lastly, I thought maybe I was getting the extractor for free and it was now invulnerable, perhaps only able to be captured by the special abilities of the scouts or colony frigates.  I checked the crystal and metal income levels and read down the list for the planets in question and they were not producing the extractors that were now grayed out.

Am I missing something with this?  Does the battlecruiser now impart a special ability or extra procedure that I'm missing with this new patch?  Maybe it's broken and will be patched again shortly, but it essentially makes that capital ship pretty worthless for my purposes.  Any insight or fix on this would be appreciated.  Thanks!

Sorry about that.  It seems there is a delay on the Submit Changes button that I didn't know about.  Hit it a couple times trying to get it to stick.  Please forgive the multiple posts and delete the extras.
