Thank you and good bye

I am retiring from Sins. I have tried to fit it in my schedule, but it just doesn't work. Insted of entertainment it has become something I just can't spend one hour with, without being interrupted. So if I can't maintain the standard I am used to, and enjoy it, then it is time to move on.

Thanks for all the good games we had together:)

Special thanks for all BiA and DT members - if  it wasn't you guys to keep up the spark, ICO would have been quite a boring place.

Farewell,

Anfield

Sorry to see you go Anfield.  I hope you'll come back if your situation changes and you have more time for the game.

Take Care Anfield, we have more in the pipeline to take over your time later!

Sorry to see you go Anfield.  I too will probably be joining you shortly.  Third kid is coming just around the corner, and my free time will be significantly reduced.  I will be on occasionally, but nothing like the last year.

Sorry to see you go again, Anfield.  Best of luck in your future endeavors.

Everyone is leaving... Cykur, Anfield, How.

Astax is MIA due to a lack of graphics card (soon to be fixed though I believe).

Poor Tyr is gonna have no one to play with....

That's just how online multiplayer gaming is.  Dedicated players leave after a while to attend to real-life concerns.  Sometimes they return and sometimes they never manage to make it back.  New people will also join the online multiplayer community for a while.  Eventually more people will leave than join over time and the online multiplayer activity for this game will die out.  Sadly, that will probably happen sooner rather than later since this game never had large online multiplayer player counts to begin with, which is very sad.

Some games maintain online multiplayer activity for years.  Many die-hards still play the original Unreal Tournament competitively in online multiplayer and that game was released in 1999.

Cya , never really got round to playing with you.

sorry to hear that you are leaving wish i got to play some games with you

Take it easy Anfield!  I can totally understand not being able to commit the chunks of time necessary to play this game competively.  It is hard to get short multiplayer games that fit a busy schedule since 1-2 hour games are pretty common.  Not to mention with Entrenchment, you never really know how long a big map is going to take if people dig in and refuse to surrender.

I'm pretty much retired as well, but every month or two, I manage to find a chunk of time to get on and see if I still remember how to play.  Maybe you can do the same!

Good Luck!

anfield make sure you get ahold of me later on like we talked about. i cant find even 2 consecutive hours a month now for this game so i guess im retired now too, sucks, one of the best games ever made. i bought demigod if anyone wants to partial migrate over, WAY shorter games, no ranking as of yet so you can leave whenever you need to. not leave your wife at the airport for an extra 10 minutes because Tyr had a mental breakdown when you said you had to bail on a 2v2...

we won that 2v2 btw...
