Yay! Now, why did you nuke your own Entrenchment 1.0 changelog post?

February 25, 2009 13:46:38

Ok cool...

So what is final word on how to install it!?

Do we need to uninstall everything and reinstall or simple upgarde patch would do!?

Why this is never clear it is beyond me >_<

February 25, 2009 13:50:40

Do we need the full SoaSE update or just the entrenchment one to play?

February 25, 2009 13:51:25

Uninstalling and reinstalling is always safest Nakor posted in the "WHEN WHEN" thread how to do it if you're feeling brave and don't want to reinstall everything.

Well done guys, it's been fun. Lots of awesome memories of having to start each game anew after 3 days due to updates

Better than getting the torches and pitchforks ready

February 25, 2009 15:44:37

Well, there's no cause for those since there wasn't another delay Plus it was a good change log! You all need to take a week off, or something.

February 25, 2009 15:52:28

We'll save the pitchforks and torches for the next micro...[e digicons]}[/e]

*pokes Blair with a pitchfork*

So, when's the beta for the next expansion, anyway?

February 25, 2009 16:03:04

Wow, good work.

first i was disapointed,

because i had to reinstall the complete game, but after entrenchment asked me which language to install i know the cause why

cool i have installed the german version now. the new sounds are still english but this doesnt matter.

Only one thing left the german umlaute (mutated vovel) are broken and are displayed as a square.

Exactly what I'm talking about.  (we can expect it to be next week right???  <wink, wink>)

February 25, 2009 16:05:38

Well, let's be reasonable and give them a few days breather.

me thinks that you may want to be careful or we might turn those same pitchforks and torches against you.[e digicons]}[/e]

Surely you would not think the original distributor and manufacturer of the aforementioned torches and pitchforks would leave himself defenseless against his own creations?

*crawls into a tank* Pitchfork this!

Congratulations!

Do you guys have any idea what just happened? A little itty bitty dev team just tackled an idea that NO ONE has ever come close to perfecting (not just my opinion). This RT4X is without a doubt "more than the sum of its parts". It has gotten more awards and great reviews than i care to remember, and has turned me from a hardcore FPS to a destroyer of worlds[e digicons]}[/e] . Congratulations Ironclad and Stardock, for you've done with little resources what most established developers never even attempted. All of us have complained about bugs, glitches, and whatever, but we still played it because its awesome. The fact that you've gotten expansion packs going just makes the whole project a success. The only way from here is up, and with all the $$ we're pouring into this game, Ironclad (and hopefully SOASE 2) will be a force to be reckoned with. If you made the best game I've ever played with under $1M, what can you do next time? No matter what it ends up to be, I'm sure it'll end up on all our computers (or consoles, who knows?).

KEEP ON SINNING PEOPLE!!!
