Open up WindowBlinds configuration and copy and paste the system information here.

those dates look a bit off for an older version of windowblinds. Try using impulse to update to the latest version of windowblinds, Download impulse here http://www.impulsedriven.com/ during the install you will be asked for your stardock.net account details. (these will be the email and password that you used when you purchased windowblinds). once impulse is installed if you are entitled to any updates then they will be available under the desktop tab.

as for getting the aero back, i don't have vista but if you load up the windowblinds configuration window and then click the settings tab and then click the advanced user settings tab you can enable some vista specific settings there. eg using vista window frames and vista skinning guidelines with custome skins.

if all this fails then the last thing you can do is drop an email to support@stardock.com and explain the problem to them and they should be able to help, or wait for someone else in this forum to have some better ideas (which they probably have)

good luck mate

I think Nimbin's advise is right on.  Update to a current version and then copy and paste the system information again.

Just out of curosity what did you realize that you had to do to fix the problem?

uninstall > run ccleaner > reboot > purchase a legal copy > problem fixed

(no viruses or spyware in the legal version.....)
