Some Questions (Very Urgent for me, please take a look)

Greetings fellow people. I have some problems with my account/games (I think)

First, I've bought Sins of a Solar Empire, via paypal. The e-mail that I used while purchasing it was x@x.org but then I changed my paypal primary mail to y@y.com . Here is the problem, when I relaunched Impulse, it said that my keys are wrong. When I tried my e-mail y@y.com (which I used to create this account aswell) it said invalid. When I tried x@x.org (old paypal e-mail) it accepted it. Is there any way to change that e-mail addresses which seems to be bond with your serial key???

And another problem here (again I guess). When I take a look at my account, and try to see what games I have, Sins of a Solar Empire doesn't show up. Is that a problem???

Send an email to sales@stardock.com and ask for assistance in getting these two email id's merged. Make sure you tell them what id you used to buy it. Also, a receipt number and what id you're using for your email now.

I think your best approach would be to contact sales@stardock.com and give them all this info and what ever else might help. They should be able to consolidate all your stuff into one account.

That is most likley the trouble, send an e-mail to support@stardock.com and give us the two e-mail addresses, we'll merge them together and you'll be all set.

Don't worry, e-mail shifting is a pretty common thing for support to deal with

Heheheh, I guess they'll develop a system to do it on your own maybe Or not, there could be specific people assigned to only doing this

Problem solved. Now I can see my download links, can update my games, also got rid of that crappy old e-mail I have
