Can someone please help my dad

Hello Forum Moderators and experts

I have my Dad hooked on Object Desktop and usally the problems he had I could help him out with, cos he only stayed 10 mins drive away, now he is 2 Hrs drive away, anyway the point is whenever I've had a problem, I've hopped onto the forums and hey presto my problems are cured, so I've been bragging that this forum is the fastest and the best in the west for helping you out, and shame he posted a request about 5 days ago and no-one has helped him, his post is called "Iconpackager resume problems" by Thuglifesenior, could one of you please help him out, he's a Dad, and a special one at that.

Thanks

To reach "official" Stardock support is to email support@stardock.com and start a trouble ticket. The forums on WinCustomize are mainly user supported and perhaps the issue your Dad was experiencing no one could answer.

Please have your Dad email support@stardock.com and in the meantime I will mention this to support.

Thanks all of you, Hankers I don't know if my Dad would be able to do that on his own but I will try and talk him through it on the phone, cplair, thanks once again, I knew if I asked the community they would jump at the chance to help

I got your dad. We have been a little bit swamped with so many updates so it was not anything intentional. We pride our selves on being available to the forums but the official email queue has to come first. Sorry for the wait. I asked him to contact us at the official support thread because I think this goes a bit beyond normal support. Please let me know if there is anything I can do for either of you.

Also please forgive two of those days as support is unavailable on the weekends.

Now that's what COMMUNITY is all about!

No thanks Seabass we have both been unindated with answers and help, I knew the community would help him, I say again this is one of the best forums I have been on for technical help and making you feel like one of the family.
Thanks once again.

Glad to hear it! This is the part where I tell you "if you have further.... blah blah" but you likely know the drill.

Support is very grateful for all the help it gets through the community. If they were not hear you would hear a small muffled boom and then everyone would wonder what happened to me......
