Not Getting Activation Email

I bought a DVD version of Sins of a Solar Empire from Amazon.com

I've not received an email to be able to activate my account so that I can download updates.  I registered yesterday.

I have checked my junk mail folder and the account is NOT earthlink nor aol.

I've also tried the "Resend Activation Email" button using the user name and the email that I registered with (which is different than what I'm currently using).

Any ideas on how to get my account activated?  I've sent an email to sales@stardock.com - is there a better email to use?  Is there a support system?

You can also try support@stardock.com. It sounds like they may have to merge your email accounts.

I forwarded my original email to the support@stardock.com address as well. Still no word from anyone though.

It may take a day or so. But if the problem is what I think it is, they deal with it all the time, and they'll straighten it out.

Rokatesh I don't have a ticket from your account email address. Was it under another?

If not then support just never got it. You can PM me the concern you have it you need to list account info there. I will help you as best I can.
